For the second time in one week Chatterkick, a social media agency with offices in Sioux City, IA, and Baton Rouge, LA, was presented with an award recognizing their outstanding company culture. The company was featured in a November 30 Business Insider article highlighting the 50 best small companies to work for of 2017. Not only did Chatterkick make the list, they snagged the #14 spot, all due to extremely positive feedback from the employees themselves.
Chatterkick made this list by qualifying on Comparably, a company culture-indexing site, via employee submitted feedback. With detailed survey questions such as, "Are your company's meetings effective?" and "Do you have a mentor at work?”, it’s easy to see how employees really feel about their job and company culture.
Director of Digital Media, Kelsey Martin said, “Having Chatterkick recognized for an award that is a direct reflection of how your team feels is pretty amazing, and very meaningful for me as a manager.”
CEO and Founder, Beth Trejo, agreed with Martin’s sentiment. “Yes, this award means so much because it’s an authentic representation of Chatterkick, spoken about the team, by the team, and that’s pretty powerful.”
