USA Today – November 28, 2017 – Chatterkick, a social media agency with offices in Sioux City, IA, and Baton Rouge, LA was named one of the best 25 small/mid-size companies for women by Comparably.
Founded by Beth Trejo, in February of 2012, Chatterkick has grown to work with local, national, and international businesses. Although the list of brand partners has grown over the years, the expertise provided, and focus on building strong relationships has not changed.
The same can be said for the rapidly growing Chatterkick team. “Creating a fun, challenging and rewarding culture for all of our team members has always been important. The ability for us to go from a team of 1 to 23 and not lose that focus means a lot,” says Trejo. She goes on to say, “Having a team that enjoys what they do, and whom they work with, from co-workers to clients, has been the secret sauce to Chatterkick’s success.”
Chatterkick made this list by qualifying on Comparably, a company culture-indexing site, via employee submitted feedback. With questions ranging from happiness in the workplace, to the effectiveness of the leadership team and opportunities for growth within the company; this rating is a great way to get insider’s look at what the employees really think about Chatterkick – turns out they think pretty highly of it, and we’re so proud.
